Jonagold

A cross between a Golden Delicious and a Jonathan apple, this apple tends to have a bit of a sweet-sour taste. It is juicy and firm with a fine texture. It can be used for both cooking and snacking.

Empire

Empire apples are crisp and sweet and tend to have a very intense red and green color. They do not bruise as easily as other apples do, making them a perfect snacking apple to carry along with you when you’re on the go!

Honeycrisp

Characterized as having a beautiful balance of sugar and acid, the Honeycrisp apple is one of the best to eat on its own. Creamy yet crisp, these apples retain their sweetness even when cooked.
